imagesIf my candidate is not chosen in the primary, I just won’t vote at all!

I got to spend some time at an Easter get together last night with some good friends. These are Christian people who are committed to their faith. Of course since we openly discuss religion, politics was next. It was tense.

I think I was the only person in the room that voted for Donald Trump in our states primary election. Most everyone was horrified. One person told me the horrendous shame that Donald has brought on the country, and the Republican Party. I replied, you mean like the honor that Linsay Graham brings to our nation, or John McCain, or John Boehner, or Mitch McConnel,..honor like these sell-outs to our nation?

Then the Cruz/Beck crowd started in on me. “Don’t you understand that Ted Cruz is a God Fearing candidate like George Washington or Abraham Lincoln?” I countered, do you think George Bush was a great leader of our country? Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan, Jeb bush? They replied, “No they are RINO Republicans and progressives that are hurting our country!” I then asked, then why are they all supporting Ted Cruz now? Why are all those against Donald Trump?YNJhpkR

We don’t care, if Trump is the nominee we won’t vote at all,..one even said he would vote for Hillary. This is the kind of religious intolerance that will put the nails in the coffin of our constitutional republic. Trump is course, he is not a political genius, and he appears to love himself,. a lot. But he does love this country and he is a nationalist. The global establishment, the Economist crowd, cannot have this type of president controlling 1/3 of the strongest nation in the world right now.

Here is my quick take on the two Republican front runners, because like it or not, the democratic side of this country is GONE. They cannot even be called “Americans” in the real sense of the word. So we really only have one of two choices for president of the US.

Ted Cruz, a self proclaimed religious man of high moral character and dedicatefrabz-Vote-Ted-Cruz-2016-58f7dfd to preserving the constitution at all costs, or so he says. Look I think he is what he says, but I also think he is a politician, and he has gained his foothold on the heels of the Bush family. Neil Bush now runs his finance operation and Jeb Bush recently endorsed him. His campaign money comes from special interests, so there is always a cost to those who help you get where you are. He is a young candidate and I think he has been compromised and will continue to be compromised as time goes on.

The other candidate is Donald Trump. A billionaire business tycoon, know for his grandiose vision of how thinks could and should be, particularly hotels and resorts. A course New Yorker who quickly speaks his opinion. Yet the strong points for the Donald are this:

  • He believes in a sovereign nation state with strong borders
  • He believes in the ability to voice your opinion, and not being told what you can and cannot say.
  • He believes in trade deals that benefit our country, not in ones that tear it down.

My conclusion is Donald J. Trump is a nationalist that truly believes in our country, he wants our nation to be strong and great.trump_flicker_face_yessOur country has suffered under Democrat and Republican leaders that continue to sell our country out to global money barrons and one-world social planners. Trump has his flaws, he does not seem to be a Christian, but I think he is real and what he says he means.

To not vote for Donald J. Trump this November is a vote for the destruction of this nation.
